How to Measure
A soft measuring tape is the most accurate tool for measuring yourself at home. If you don’t have one, you can measure yourself a piece of string (make sure it’s not stretchy) and then measure the string with a ruler or builder's tape measure.
For accurate measurements, the tape should be snug but not uncomfortably tight. Try taking a deep breath, sitting down and standing back up to check that the tape isn’t constricting you as you move and breathe — This ensures that clothing of that size wont be too tight.
